chore: 清理临时文件并更新工作区配置

- 删除不再需要的Excalidraw绘图文件
- 更新Obsidian插件中的最近文件记录顺序
- 调整工作区布局和活动标签页
- 新增VS Code配置文件，统一开发环境设置
